First pattern of the new year!

I. am. back!!!  It has been a longer break than I had intended, but a much needed break.  Things got crazy around here for the Holidays.  We went back home for Christmas and we were there for a week.  After we got back from vacation, my son still had another whole week off from school.  YAY!  I love having him home.
Now that the Holidays are over, I am getting back into the swing of things.  Last night I wrote up 3 patterns and I still have so many ideas swimming in my head.  I can't wait to get them all worked up!
The first pattern that I am posting is for a newborn hat.  It is made with Homespun yarn.  I use to hate working with Homespun, but have found the love for it.  I can't get enough of homespun!
This hat works up SO quickly!  I can work it up from start to finish in about 30 minutes.

    1. Pom poms are easy but they do make a pom pom maker. You just wrap the yarn cut it and tie it and your done

  2. very cute and I think I can make this hat for a good friend of mine who is having a baby later on this spring, I just don't know how to make the pom poms, I attempted to make them once but they turned out to be a disaster, I shall try again.

  3. I don't mean to be technical but when you say don't change do you mean I can't make it bigger to fit a bigger sized head?
